SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – West London
Salary: up to £38k
Award-winning Property Developer.
A leading property development company with a portfolio of luxury residential, offices and commercial assets.
Looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join a busy office based in West London. You must have a stable career and currently be working in a multi-property role dealing with all aspects of property management, service charges, budget, lease and insurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of budgets, service charge statements and monitoring rents
- Dealing with lessees and managing agents
- Dealing with all aspects of insurance
- Liaising with the maintenance team
- Regular visits of the portfolio
- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Review of process and procedures in order to enhance and improve performance and service.
- Other general administration and ad-hoc duties as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Letting and Property Management industry
- Full knowledge of the laws and regulations
- IRPM or other industry qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills - including Microsoft excel & PowerPoint
- Block Management experience is a plus
