Senior Facilities Manager
Up to £54,000 plus attractive benefits package

Hexagon FM are proud to work with a world class educational establishment to recruit a Senior FM with a background of managing hard and soft services to a large, multisite portfolio across Oxford.
You will have previous experience managing the following services: Cleaning, catering, waste, pest control and general maintenance across a multisite portfolio which is a mixture of directly employed and contracted services. Therefore, you will require experience of managing contractors and man management skills on recruiting, training, auditing and staff development.
Also in the list of essential skills to the success of this role is the ability to managing profit and loss as this service runs as a service provider to the buildings within the portfolio and is tasked to generate profit by offering value added services.
This role will require you to be able to write a strategy for your cluster and then implement the operational delivery through your teams. It's a highly customer focused role, therefore you will require exceptional customer service skills combined with outstanding communication skills through all mediums and be adept with using technology to manage and communicate.
The service is constantly evolving and add additional services and the role will suit someone who is engaging and has experience of managing change and continuous improvement and is motivated by this.
In return, you will be rewarded with a salary up to £54,000 dependent on experience and an attractive benefits package with a family friendly organisation.
