Hard Services Facilities Manager
Gloucester
£45,000 -£47,000
To manage and develop the delivery of a diverse range of Total Facilities Management services to meet operational and business requirements, ensuring contractual service level agreements and KPI’s are met while operating to the needs to the business.
The role:
- To manage resources to meet daily delivery schedules and business requirements for these services within the prescribed budget
- To liaise with clients offering advice and knowledge regarding service issues
- To develop and maintain an effective working relationship so that Client needs are understood, and the company reputation enhanced
- Manage a team of onsite engineers
- To lead and develop skilled teams to meet operational and business needs in a customer focused manner
- To support the team in continually reviewing operational procedures to maximise customer satisfaction
- Develop & support positive team ethos within FM working group
- To ensure that plans/rotas are in place to maintain a working 24/7 response via a call out process
- To manage staff induction, training, and performance reviews of direct reports
- To collate, analyse and review information. i.e. budgets, hours, forecasts to monitor and report on performance. Management of meetings as required
- To undertake regular monitoring of these service areas to ensure high standards
The ideal candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be from an engineering background
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle issues of high sensitivity
- 2-3 years’ experience working at a Middle Management level
- TFM Management experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ broad management experience within a customer focussed multi-functional service delivery environment, including CAFM systems operation
