To prioritise and manage work flow for the Hard Facilities Management at County Hall and other key sites ensuring compliance is met with all statutory regulations and Health & Safety.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- NEBOSH/IOSH Qualification along with relevant M&E or Building qualification
- Leading and managing a maintenance team
- Ability to ensure work is carried out to a high standard
- Coach and mentor teams
- Able to produce Risk assessments, safe system of work and construction phase CDM plans
- Have knowledge of heating and ventilation, statutory regulations and maintaining buildings to a high level
