One of Londons longest serving Housing Associations is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager.
Based close to the West End you will manage all of the back office functions for the internal staff and services provided by the Facilities department to the wider business.
This will include financial and contract monitoring, adherence to governance and internal/external SLAs and internal helpdesk function. To support the Head of Facilities in providing management data and information across operations, finance, compliance, HR, learning & development and helpdesk. To manage and coordinate all department communication streams.
