Role: Facilities Manager

Our well-established estates team has a number of capital and compliance projects coming up and we're looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Manager to supplement our skill set over the coming months. You'll get involved in refurbishment and restorations projects, portfolio-wide compliance works, supplier review and procurement alongside contributing to the day to day running of the estate.
Reporting in the Head of Engineering, the Facilities Manager contract is going to suit someone with a passion for listed buildings and an interest in conservation.
This isn't your standard office building; our sites have high footfall, gain national interest and have a lot of interesting projects in the pipeline.

All About You
If you're an experienced Buildings or Facilities Manager we'd love to hear from you.
As this contract will be working closely with the building fabric and estate engineering team a hands on hard FM background would be a big advantage, you'll need to know your way around PPMs, reactive works and capital projects.
Our sites are heritage buildings open to members of the public all year round so if you're a Facilities Manager with experience in a similar, multi-site environment get in touch now.
Local knowledge is key to this role and you will need to be on site everyday so, to be considered for this contract, you'll need to be based in the North West.
