The Role: Plumber
Location: London
Salary: £32,000 pa + Benefits and O/T
Sector: Exceptional Private Property Portfolio
My client is a unique provider of estate services to a number of very high end properties and I am assisting in their search for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join and compliment their team of professionals.
This role is rather different from the ‘norm’ and requires someone who can offer flexibility, discretion, reliability and a real sense of pride in what they do.
You will be tasked with repair, maintenance and installation in properties of exceptionally high value and ‘no expense spared’ finishes.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair hot and cold water supplies, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.
Fix and maintain piped services.
Assist other staff members as required.
Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly in regard to health and safety.
Any other duties as and when requested.
Qualifications
City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (or above)
Unvented ticket
Gas Safe certified (Domestic)
Gas Safe certified (Catering)
Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
Knowledge of building regulations
Possesses own hand tools
Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
Significant proven experience
Full clean UK driving licence
