The Role: Maintenance Assistant
Location: London – Knightsbridge
Salary: £26,500
Sector: High End Private Residential
My client is a unique provider of estate services to a number of very high end properties and I am assisting in their search for an experienced and qualified Maintenance Assistant to join and compliment their team of professionals.
This role is rather different from the ‘norm’ and requires someone who can offer flexibility, discretion, reliability and a real sense of pride in what they do.
You will be tasked with repair, maintenance and installation in properties of exceptionally high value and ‘no expense spared’ finishes.
What we are looking for:
A polite and switched on candidate who is highly experienced in general property maintenance including general repairs, tiling, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
You will need the ability to source materials, install gutters and drainpipes.
Any basic electrical skills a bonus.
Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
A full clean driving license is essential
