We are looking to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer to work on a prestigious new site in Holborn, Central London. It is one of the fastest growing contracts in the UK and is a brilliant working environment.
Normal working hours, Monday to Friday.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for fault finding and carrying out repairs on all electrical equipment. The role also includes a call-out rota when on shift.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- You will need experience of Commercial/Domestic Electrical Installations and Maintenance works.
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications or Apprenticeship.
- 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Demonstrate experience in installation, maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems.
- Undertake essential repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets.
- Installation, Maintenance of lighting systems.
- Complete all task /risk assessments sheets and method statements relating to work.
- Responsible for undertaking electrical isolations.
