Role details:
- Ownership of all asset management systems
- Work with the senior operations team in providing asset management advise for the contract
- Oversee the asset management framework and services
- Ensure that all asset services comply with regulatory standards
- Work with hard services team to coordinate all KPI reporting
- Undertake coaching and training sessions to the operational team
- Coordinate all asset data collection
- Deliver regular reporting on asset performance
- Chair asset management meetings
Requirements:
A strong asset management background within the FM or process environment is essential for the role as is a good understanding of life cycle systems. NEBOSH is also important for the role.
