Resident Liaison Officer - Decent Homes - Scattered Properties - Excellent Permanent Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an RLO on behalf of a large maintenance contractor based in the South East. The position will be based across London, with the property list spreading across North and West London.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with internal and external refurbishments including kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical re-wires and window installation. You must be able to carry out condition surveys to properties and deal with resident complaints along with being IT literate.
This is an excellent permanent opportunity with a reputable contractor that have a low staff turn over. They are also offering an excellent salary along with a car allowance.
You must have a valid CSCS card and be able to start within a months notice. You must also have a vehicle and a clean driving licence.
