Our client who provide Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical solution across The Midlands and Nationwide. They work for Principle Contractor's and End user's, consisting of multi-disciplined turnkey projects.
The candidate and role:
We're looking to recruitment someone with industry specific experience and have worked previously on commercial buildings and have a rounded experience when it comes to HVAC (Heating, ventilation & Air Conditioning).
Would be advantageous if the candidate has been involved with the following works:
- Air Conditioning -VRV, Splits, Close Control types of air conditioning + Chilled Water Systems
- Mechanical Ventilation Systems
- Plumbing, boiler and heating works
- BMS Systems
- Builderswork fit out knowledge -Dry lining of walls/partitioning, raised modular floors, suspended ceilings, forming concreting bases for M & E type equipment
- Electrical Works -Lighting, small power
Desired Qualifications:
- First Aid at work -3 days
- SMSTS -Site Managers safety training scheme
- ONC/HVC Building Services Engineering
- Autocad -Preferable
- Design Skills -Heat Load Calcs and ventilation
