And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Facilities Services Coordinatorto join our Property and Facilities Team.


Title:             Facilities Services Coordinator

Salary:          £30,000 per annum

Contract:      Permanent

Hours:           37.5 hours per week 

Location:      Hampstead, North London

As the Facilities Services Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Property and will be key member of the Property Team, providing operational support of the day to day Facilities Services. The Facilities Services Coordinator will work alongside our Helpdesk and Reception Services.   

This position will suit someone who is currently working in the Facilities Management sector in a similar role supervising the delivery of property services in a commercial office environment.  The role of Facilities Services Coordinator covers a wide range of property services and therefore would benefit someone who is seeking to further their development to move into a management position at a later stage. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of day to day operational services and have excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills. Being a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and having a qualification in Facilities Management i.e. BIFM Level 3 is desirable.
