Global Architecture Practice
Lead Workplace Strategy Consultant required for my dynamic and forward-thinking global architecture practice based in London. Due to a huge influx of new top-level requirements my client is seeking a senior/lead workplace specialist.
The team has grown for 6 to 15 in the past 6-months and this role is to support the Head of Workplace Consulting in the continued and aggressive expansion of the workplace offering.
You will need 8-10 years of hands on workplace strategy experience, the ability to lead the team on large scale of programmes of work, pitching and winning briefs, business development and to be a thought leader in the field of workplace strategy. You will also need solid technical skills that underpin workplace strategy and the capability to interpret and critique the output from the wider team.
Prior experience working in the architectural design industry would be preferable - alternatively a background in commercial interiors would be good. A solid understanding of building is required.
