Head of Maintenance
Build recruitment are excited to announce that we are working a leading G15 housing association who are looking to recruit to a Head of Maintenance to look after the stock within the Kent & Sussex area.
Responsibility
- Effectively manage all aspects of the maintenance & void service in line with the organisations service level agreements.
- Line manage up to 18 reports set between two teams, monitoring the performance with 121’s and relevant KPI’s
- Manage & set the department’s budget
- Effectively manage & negotiate contracts to achieve the best value for money for the organisation
- Estimated budget will be between £5 to £50M
Experience/Requirements
- Experience of managing planned & reactive work streams
- Possess a strong track record of managing budgets in excess of £4 million
- Possess previous experience of managing specialist contractors
- Membership to professional body i.e. CIOB or RICS (desired)
