Consulting Director required for my dynamic and well-established workplace advisory client based in London. You will need extensive experience in workplace strategy, consulting, workplace design and workplace change management programmes preferably from a consultancy side background.
My client is embarking on a huge programme of work within their workplace advisory practice and are in need of senior/executive level leadership in this area. You will need to have 7-10 years' experience within workplace and the ability to design large scale workplace programmes, pitch, win and deliver workplace change programmes.
You will be joining a 20 strong workplace team in a senior director role with P&L responsibility, project delivery and some team management. The division is supported by various other strategic consulting business units including asset strategy, real estate, facilities management, transaction management and real estate portfolio management.
