My client is an International Building services consultancy that have a great reputation for high standards. They have a great opportunity for a Principal Electrical Engineer to work in a very client facing role.
Important - Chartered Electrical Engineer - good solid Building Services Design experience.
As the Principal Electrical Engineer you will work with some very prestigious clients, working on a variety of projects including; Surveys and Technical Advice, Carbon (building energy compliance), Services Replacement and Refurbishment.
Being the Principal Electrical Engineer you will be responding to clients' needs, meeting with your clients, developing and producing reports, specifications and guidance or overseeing the design team activities, you will work closely with your team to ensure they achieve the best results.
As a Principal Engineer you will be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of multiple projects at any one time. You'll be technically well rounded and able to offer the benefit of your experience to more junior Electrical Engineers within the team.
You will be client facing around 70% of the time and will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 Engineers within a larger team structure led by an Associate.
