Role: Divisional Health & Safety Manager
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Sector: Multi-Disciplinary Construction & Engineering Consultancy
Salary: £55,000 + travel / car allowance + package
A brilliant position has arisen for a Divisional Health & Safety Manager to join an award winning multi-disciplinary construction and engineering practice in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
My client arguably is one of the most respected multi-disciplinary consultancies in the industry, they provide construction and engineering expertise across several different sectors. Due to their professional approach and increase in work a position in the Health and Safety team has arisen.
The position available is for an experienced Divisional H&S Manager to undertake projects in the property, energy, transport and defence sectors throughout Belfast. You will be responsible for the induction of new staff in occupational health and safety, preparation of Risk Assessments/Safe Systems of Work, liaising with internal Consulting and Group H&S staff, organising training, liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance, investigating near miss/accidents on site and documenting reports and recommendations.

What you’ll need to succeed:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Membership of IOSH or IIRSM
Strong verbal and written communication skills
5 – 10 years experience in a Senior H&S Management position.
