Role: Estates Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £40k - £45k
The Opportunity
In your new Estates Manager role you'll be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the UK portfolio for a UHNWI. If you're looking for a role with an opportunity to make your mark on an estate, maximise operations and take pride in upholding exceptional standards this is the Estates Manager role for you.
Reporting into the head office based in the Middle East you'd be the head of operations in the UK and will take on most of the day-to-day responsibilities of running the 2 main London residences, a portfolio of private apartments and a farm in the country. To assist you there is an on-site maintenance, cleaning and concierge team you'll supervise to ensure the estate is running efficiently 24/7 and is ready to accept the residents at short notice.
The individuals you're working on behalf of are used to the highest levels of luxury and hospitality, they expect their estate to reflect these standards so an interesting part of your role will be to continuously build and improve upon this. A number of the properties have state-of-the-art engineering and entertainment systems to sustain the security and comfort of the residents and you'll also get the opportunity to lead any on-site capital projects the estate undergoes.

All About You
If you're a Facilities, Estates, Maintenance or Engineering Manager with a background in hospitality we'd love to hear from you!
As the Estates Manager position will involve technical duties you will need an engineering background, and ideally be educated to degree level, for us to consider you for this role. Alongside that, as you'll be leading the UK-based multi-skilled team, we will need you to have experience in a supervisory position and demonstrate confident management skills.
Given the nature of this Estates Manager role a track record managing facilities for other UHNWI or within a hospitality environment like 5* hotels, private members clubs, high end restaurants or exclusive sports facilities would be a great advantage. Above all, to enjoy this role, you should have a passion for high standards and a great eye for detail.
