Role: Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £250 - £300 per day
The Opportunity
If you're a Project Manager with a strong mechanical, electrical or energy management background looking for an interesting new contract which has a mix of on-site and commercial work we have the project for you.
Our client is a principle contractor who's just won in prestigious new contract in Manchester and are looking for an independent Project Manager to roll out 8 -12 electrical installations across their commercial sites in the city. Initially the projects are expected to last 6 months but we are expecting new work off the back of this so there is every likelihood this could be extended.
This is the first major contract the company has won in Manchester but they are establishing an office here as work comes through the pipeline so alongside looking after the day-to-day work there will be opportunity for you take on more commercial development activities with the end client and other organisations.

If you're a Project Manager with a background in electrical, mechanical or energy management projects we'd love to hear from you.
The reason we're looking for a Contractor in the first place is because we want someone with knowledge of Manchester and the North West so you'll need to be currently living in the area. The project will involve solar installations so any specific knowledge you have around this area would be great.
