Building Services Technician

Cobalt Recruitment is working alongside an extremely well-known and highly-regarded arts focused company in the search for an experienced Building Services Technician. We are seeking a proactive individual with previous experience in building services, knowledge of BMS systems and who is comfortable carrying out PAT testing.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising trade contractors when onsite and evaluating their work.
- Contributing to general maintenance and building services as required.
- Participating in the daily roster as fire warden and be on call for emergencies.
- Undertaking H&S checks.
- Keeping detailed maintenance records.
You will have displayed experience across a variety of trades, and a can-do attitude. You must be able and willing to work antisocial hours when required and will ideally hold a City and Guilds/NVQ or other relevant qualification. An IOSH is also preferable.
