One of the UK's largest professional landlords is currently seeking a Resident Services Associate to look after two brand new apartment buildings in Bristol city centre.
You will be responsible for
- Face to face resident interaction
- Conducting customer viewings
- Key management
- Regular site inspections
- Contractor management
- H&S compliance
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer services skills, ideally from a residential background and a strong understanding of property management/compliance.
This is an exciting new role to be based at a state of the art, mixed use estate in the heart of Bristol.
