Commercial Lead - Facilities Management - OCC9620
Division: Community Operations
Salary: Up to £75,000 depending on skills and experience

Are you an ambitious individual who finds excitement in the thought of rebuilding a whole function from scratch and be part of a dynamic management team?
Then this role may be for you.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with extensive expertise within the industry as well as having the right level of leadership and experience in managing teams and projects in a complex and diverse environment. You will manage a team which will carry out all of the Commercial services in Facilities Management across the entirety of the Oxfordshire County Council property estate.
