Electrical or Mechanical Commercial Maintenance Engineer | Part Time - 2/3 days per week | London
Due to company expansion, we are currently recruiting a commercial maintenance engineer to work on a part time basis.
This is working for a rapdily expanding business and as they continue to grow you will be able to go full term or stay part time if preferable.
Duties will include planned and reactive maintenance duties including: lights, sockets, circuits, emegency lighting, wiring, fault finding, filter changes, belts changes and coil cleans on air handling / fan coil units, boiler checks, generator tests, pumps / motors and etc.
Open to an electrical or mechanical bias with a strong knowledge of all round building services duties.
Role is paying £19.23 per hour.
