The Role: Regional Director
Sector: FM – Soft Services / Hotel Services / Housekeeping
Location: London
Salary: £60,000
Our client is the leading name in outsourced hotel and housekeeping services in the UK and due to their continued growth and success they are looking to add a Regional Director for London to their senior management team.
Boasting a client list which includes large, well known hotel chains and brands through to exclusive, independent and boutique businesses, the company has an excellent reputation built on strong client relationships and transparency.
The incoming candidate will need to have a successful track record in building and nurturing relationships along with excellent commercial acumen within the sector. A deep understanding of housekeeping operations and contract management must go hand in hand with the ability to deliver on promises and ensure client retention.
This is a hands on role that comes with the responsibility of guiding and mentoring a team of 4 area managers. Assisting them in their personal development and achievement of KPIs across the region.
