Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £28k - £30k plus F Gas and Gas Safe training
The Opportunity
If you're looking for a Heating or Gas Engineer role where you'll spend the majority of your time on site, working as part of an efficient and respected team whilst contributing to the long term maintenance of one of our areas most important sites this is the job for you.

We're a nationwide facilities management supplier providing onsite support to a high profile public sector estate in Leamington Spa. There's a well-established hard services team already in place on site but to offer better provision to our client we're expanding that team to include a heating or gas biased Engineer.
Your role here is fairly straightforward, and as an experienced Gas Engineer won't be anything you've not dealt with before including running PPMs; fault finding, diagnosis and repair on reactive works; maintaining the equipment's compliance and contributing to wider facilities projects. The main difference here is that because it's site-based you'll be able to invest long-term in the equipment and take real pride in your work.
As our new Gas Engineer you'll develop close working relationships with the wider facilities team and external stakeholders and because you'll become a known face there may be times you'll be asked to muck in with other duties around the site, particularly around building fabric maintenance and office moves.

All About You
If you're a Maintenance Technician with gas, heating or plumbing experience looking for a static role we'd love to hear from you!
A background maintaining commercial gas or heating systems will help you hit the ground running and you need to be confident working an in a busy business environment.
Here you will be working as part of a team so to get the most out of this role you'll need to be a people person who enjoys providing great customer service.
Owing to where you'll be working and the information you'll have access to you will have to undergo a security check (NPPV Level 3) prior to being offered the role.
A full UK driving license and access to your old vehicle is essential for this position (business mileage is expensed at 45p per mile).
