Role details:
- Manage TFM services for c 8 sites including m+e, front of house and other soft services
- Oversee all HSEQ matters for the site
- Management of all statutory compliance
- Budget/cost management of 2-3m including production of reports
- Monitor all SLA’s for the sites
- Development of CAFM and BMS systems for the sites
- Lead a team of 40+ including training and development
- Assisting with FM projects where necessary
- Developing client relationship for buildings
Requirements:
ou will have a background in management of TFM services ideally within a blue chip corporate environment with knowledge of leading multiple sites. Good team management and budget control experience are also important for the role as is understanding of CAFM systems.
