Role details:
- Grow and develop a PM team delivering projects across a variety of contracts
- Ensure that projects are delivered to key timescales to financial requirements
- Cross selling across existing contracts for project work
- Oversee all risks and compliance for the contracts
- Delegation of contracts to team
- Production of milestone planning and regular reports to key client contacts
- Maximise profitability for contracts through managing the supply chain
- Development of project financial plans
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in delivering large FM/M+E projects and developing a team.
Strong experience of developing new project opportunities is also essential for the role as is knowledge of managing a p+l.
