Resident Liaison Officer - Decent Homes Project - Freelance Opportunity Immediate Start

I am currently working with one of the UK's leading housing maintenance contractors who have a requirement for a Resident Liaison Officer in Nottingham working on a large partnering framework.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with internal and external refurbishments including electrical wires and kitchen and bathroom replacements. You must be able to carry out condition surveys to properties and deal with resident complaints along with being IT literate.
You must have a valid CSCS card and your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence.
This is a freelance opportunity starting immediately which could lead to longer term work if you're successful.
