The Role: Operations & Finance Assistant
Location: Central London
Salary: £25k - £27k plus great benefits

We're a vibrant education facility based in Central London with a great reputation and close knit team. You'll be working as an integral part of the operational support team helping senior managers schedule meetings, take minutes, order supplies and assisting with events and visits.

Around half your time will be providing admin support to the Finance Manager so maintaining accounting records, raising invoices, managing expenses and producing finance reports. For this element of the role a background in finance administration or relevant qualification like an AAT would be really helpful.

The rest of your time you'll be supporting the Director, Operations Manager and Board of Trustees manage their time. This will involve scheduling meetings, managing diaries and room bookings, taking minutes and helping with administration. Our site has a lot of visitors and coordinates events every term so you'll also be involved in organising these.

The Operations Assistant position is a really busy and collaborative so you'll get to see how every aspect of an education facility runs, and have a big part is ensuring its continued success.

A background working in a similar position within an education establishment would be brilliant but if you've got previous finance administration experience, can manage your time well and enjoy a spot of PA/EA work we'd love to hear from you.
There are a lot of different facets to this job and you'll be interacting with a lot of different senior level people so you'll need to have top notch communication and organisation skills.
