Facilities Manager
12 month Fixed Term Contract (May go perm)

Facilities Manager is required to managing a head office location for a leading financial institution and their branch network. Based from Leicestershire, you will have previous experience of managing FM for a corporate office and multisite operations.
You will manage the facilities management services to include cleaning, maintenance, security, waste, pest, catering and projects through outsourced providers and a small internal team.
This is a mobile role and you will be expected to travel between branches (expenses are paid for travel), so you must be able to drive and have transport.
Your role will consist of the following:
* Managing contractors to ensuring they are meeting the standard required
* Health and safety, completing building walks and ensuring any issued are remedied. Reporting any issues to relevant parties.
* Financial budgets to include any project costs. This will include raising work orders and purchase orders, looking for best value at all times.
* Compliance paperwork keeping the site log books and files up to date and works completed in line with legalisation
* Hands on maintenance for minor issues.
As this is a stand-alone role, you will be required to be on call for any emergencies and co-ordinate with your approved contractors. It would be advantageous to have a trades background to enable you to manage minor repairs inhouse where possible, however this is not essential.
This role requires someone who is smart, presentable and adaptable and used to working with a pace of urgency to ensure the portfolio is kept safe and clean for staff to carry out their roles and to ensure an inviting environment for customers.
You will be required to pass a DBS Check and a credit check may be required due to working in a financial institution.
This is an urgent role.
