PRS Property Manager
200 unit scheme in Birmingham
£28,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Benefits
My client is an award winning corporate property group that provides a number of services to their client base across the UK. They have started to manage a range of PRS schemes across the UK and due to growth are looking to recruit an experienced property professional with either lettings or block management experience to manage a scheme of 200 units in Birmingham. As a company they are very focused on training and retaining staff so offer a competitive package which includes a company car, professional qualifications as well as various other duties.
Duties will include:
* Management of communal areas of the building.
* Management of the individual units.
* Liaising with various internal departments to ensure smooth management of the building.
* Setting the annual service charge budget.
* Instructing and managing contractors on minor/major works
* Setting up contracts.
* Managing incoming/outgoing expenditure.
