Chief Technology Officer - Leisure / retail / Hospitality
Location: Derby, UK
Salary: Up to £130,000
I am are currently looking for an experience and dynamic Chief Technology officer to join a growing, innovative digital platform group as they tackle an exciting expansion plan, specificly across Asia and the Middle East. This fun filled company operates in malls, theme parks and various other leisure offerings and already have excellant infustructure in the UK and the US.
It is essential you come from a Techology background with significant senior experince, currently are based in the UK and have ambition and drive!
Chief Technology Officer Job Duties:
- Works across 12 countries to stream line technical systems and procedures.
- Research and develop technological assets of the company. Identify both short and long term technological solutions.
- Oversees IT budgets
- Manage and inspire a team of 7, as well as recruit and grow your team in the coming year
- Develops and implements all internal communication systems, such as email and instant messaging
- Evaluates new technology and makes recommendations on technological solutions as well as commercial product development
- Manages any digital media assets
- Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary
- A multi lingual candiate would be an aded extra!
The Ideal CTO (Chief Technology Officer) candidate:
- Proven track record of working in a senior technology role within hospitality/ Technology platforms / Leisure as well as managing a dynamic international team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A strategic thinker who is able to relate to colleague at all levels while striving towards the organisations goals! This is an exciting, quick growing company with an excellant road map for the next 2 years.
