Principle Workplace Lead
Manchester
75,000k+ Company Shares/ Car/ Bonus
My client is a Workplace relocation, design and fit out company who have faced huge expansion over the past 12 months, they are looking to bring on a business lead to help grow their operations in Manchester.
You will need proven experience in designing workplace strategies, executing workplace change and ensuring seamless project delivery with extensive experience working from client sites. Ideally the candidate would be from an interiors background with experience running projects from inception to completion.
Experience in workplace design, workplace strategy, change management, real estate consultancy and project management are all essential. You should be very much "on the circuit" partnering with key influencers and pioneers in the continuing evolution of workplace strategy via conferences and events.
From a business perspective you will need strong operational skills, P&L, business strategy and sales experience.
