Role details:
- Leading hard and soft services for a prestigious office site with some critical elements
- Coordinating all QSHE activities for the site
- Sub-contractor management
- Undertaking regular financial reporting for the site
- Day to day management of the on-site team including coaching and development
- Carrying out regular site audits
- Delivery of a variety of FM projects
- Moves management for the site
Requirements:
Previous experience of leading hard and soft services for a high profile corporate site is essential for the role as is knowledge of leading an on-site team. Strong HSE knowledge is also important as is experience of managing sub-contractors.
