Role details:

  • Develop high value TFM business across the public/private sectors across the UK
  • Devise the BD strategy for the sectors
  • Be responsible for end to end process for new contracts at the 3m+ level up to 10m+ TFM contracts
  • Cross selling TFM services to existing soft services clients
  • Oversee all contract re-bids and service line expansion for existing clients
  • Deliver personal annual sales target
  • Lead the complex bids working closely with bid teams
  • Identify and attend networking events
  • Manage client and internal relationships at a senior level
  • Undertake solution development with the bid team for large bids

 

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record delivering new TFM business within the private/corporate sector across FM sectors.  Experience of managing bids of 2-15m is essential for the role as is previous knowledge of putting together bid teams and working on contract extensions.

A good understanding of a variety of FM service lines would also be an advantage for this role and the role will be home based involving travel across the UK.
