Role details:
- Manage a variety of M+E related projects from 50k-2m across the Midlands
- Undertake end to end delivery including milestone planning
- Coordinate and manage regular update meetings with the client
- Projects can include installations, building fabric and general lifecycle projects
- Lead a project team
- Manage all SHEQ for the projects
- Budget management for all projects
- Sub contractor procurement and management
- Preparation of update reports for the clients
Requirements:
You will have a strong background across M+E operations and projects with relevant qualifications and project management qualifications would be an advantage.
The ability to work across the Midlands is important for the role and previous knowledge of delivering projects end to end is essential for the role.
