Occupancy Manager London

Experienced occupancy manager / occupancy lead required for a client side role on behalf of a Global real estate consultancy. You will need heavy experience in managing occupancy levels and occupancy strategy across multiple sites.
You will need heavy experience in managing what can be tricky stakeholders and look for ways to manage the moves and changes team in the delivery of strategic move projects. You will know how to integrate portfolio planning with occupancy data to ensure the projects run smoothly. Prior experience with working multi thousand person sites is essential and the ability to manage delivery from different suppliers.
Experience with space planning, AutoCAD, CAFM and moves and changes are all required as well as the ability to operate at a high strategic level.
