Air Conditioning Engineer – Maintenance – Mobile
Monday – Friday
08:00am – 17:00pm
Central London/Kent/Surrey/Berkshire/Essex
An excellent opportunity to work as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer has arisen with one of the markets leading Building Services Providers. The successful candidate will be working on a large portfolio of commercial sites in Central London or other regions (which you can choose) and they will be required to perform all PPMs and reactive maintenance. This role is focused on servicing rather then install, only small amount of install is required.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all the servicing & maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration units
- Working on Various Air conditioning systems - VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems
- AHU, FCU & Refrigeration maintenance
- Assist with all maintenance tasks and PPM's as scheduled including electrical, mechanical tasks
- Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
- Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
- Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
- F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
- Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
- Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
- 17th Edition (highly desired)
