Commercial Development Analyst

Excellent opportunity for a commercial property development analyst at an iconic coworking brand in London. You will need experience with evaluating new or prospective sites, conducting market research and feasibility studies.
Experience in the commercial office sector (or hospitality/hotels) would be helpful but core skills are the ability to be analytical. You will be questioning and reviewing the locations, sizes, buildings, timeline, financials and P&L for new sites as well as working with the wider te3am to ensure the front end of the process runs smoothly before the acquisition and subsequent handover to operations.
This is a London based role primarily but is likely to move to European and then global in the coming years.
