Excellent opportunity for a commercial property development manager at an iconic coworking brand in London. You will need solid experience in all aspects of due diligence for site selection, acquisition, lease negotiation, project scoping and budgeting.
You will be joining a dedicated team who are embarking on an ambitious period of growth into the coworking sector in London and beyond and will play a key role in the in the due diligence for the new sites as part of a wider expansion programme. Prior experience in commercial office development and project management is essential as well as excellent communication skills as well as experience working within the construction industry with contractors, architects and design teams.
This is a London based role primarily but is likely to move to European and then global in the coming years.
