Finegreen are currently recruiting for a Capital Project Manager, experience within refurbishment, infrastructure replacement/ upgrade, extension, and reconfiguration.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high quality solutions, on time, to the right scope, on budget, with minimal levels of disruption to hospital and corporate operations;
- Drive cost efficiencies, thereby ensuring the organisation maximises the benefit from the capital budget;
- Support the Senior Management, writing and advising on business cases for capital investment;
- Manage and report on project budget, risk, issues and opportunities delivery of projects within budget, on programme, on scope, and achieving the benefits set out in the business case, are a minimum requirement for every Project;
- Responsible for the delivery of projects within budget, on programme, on scope, and achieving KPI set out by the organisation;
- Oversee projects ranging from £10k up to £10m, at any given time you will responsible for a large number of projects to be delivered, though the organisation or external consultants;
- Led on the constant improvements of deliverables, process, value with an approach that aligns with this ethos of continuous improvement is essential;
- Integrate with the hospitals teams to optimise development of project solutions;
- Oversee the tender process for projects, including tender specification, tender evaluation, and final recommendation;
- Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring accurate capture of brief, and to maintain clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle;
- Ensure that efficient construction is balanced with operational needs.
A successful candidate will have:
- Hold a proven track record in delivering construction projects; also have a solid grasp of the construction process, from briefing through to post-completion;
- Understanding of contract negotiation with building and equipment contractors, proven track record in delivering infrastructure and asset projects in complex, healthcare, environment;
- Qualified in PRINCE2 or similar, with a successful track record of methodology use and implementation;
- Extensive knowledge of HTM and HBN standards; also champion standards and methodologies within the organisation;
