Technical Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is an industry leading FM service provider, with a large national presence. They are currently seeking an experienced technical supervisor to join a contract they hold in South London.
As the technical supervisor you will be responsible for a team of 9 engineers of different trade disciplines.
The role will be split between working in head office in Basingstoke roughly half of the week and then managing your time to visit sites during the rest of the week.
You will be responsible for managing engineering workloads, ensuring that schedules are being followed effectively and running smoothly.
You will have experience of using the CAFM systems, alongside good knowledge of statutory compliance measures.
You will need to have come from a technical engineering background (Electrical/ Mechanical) with good all-round facilities management knowledge.
The role will be roughly split with 70% of your time in management duties and 30% of your time on the tools.
You will also need to be organised and proactive to handle the team schedules, and have a firm, but fair management style.
