We are recruiting a mobile Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK's leading companies within their facilities department.
They have multiple contracts around London, the contracts you will be working on will range from Data Centres, Retail shops and commercial offices.
This will be working on a permanent basis with the hours of work being Monday to Friday.
This will be working on a permanent basis with the hours of work being Monday to Friday 8-5, There is overtime available and you will be required to work call out which is 1 in 4 - door to door pay and 4 hours call out.
Main objectives of the role are:
Dealing with the reactive calls that come in.
Covering all the PPMs you receive from a PDA.
Write detailed reports about the works you carried out.
The ideal candidate will have worked predominately in the commercial building services industry and a good working knowledge of the below.
AHU'S (Air Handling Units)
FCU'S (Fan Coil Units)
VRV,VAV,VRF Systems.
Split Systems
DX Units.
Down Flow
Chilled Beams.
1st Line chiller tests.
General M&E Maintenance Duties as you may be required to undertake these when needed.
The Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer will possess the following requirements;
Relevant Qualifications relating to Discipline
F-Gas CAT 1,
City and Guilds AC Quals-
Relevant Apprenticeship - Desirable.
