Areas covered: 6 x Main Tenant Floors, some equipment in basement areas IT areas and changing facilities.
Role: Multi-skilled Tenants Engineer (electrical bias preferred)
Working Days / Times: Mon - Fri, 08:00-17:00hrs
Typical Duties: CRAC units in basement, Niagara BMS, FCU's, AHU, Gas Fired water heaters, Simmtronic lighting systems, waste pumps, general lamping, toilets. Will be required to be available for some weekend working on the contract to undertake PPM's on FCU's 6 monthly and extra works as required on overtime.
Required Skills:
- Trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical or building services, ideally with electrical bias
- Strong character and very client facing as individual will be engaging with our client, CRS constantly
- Can work on their own initiative
- Compile quotes to clients and supervise SSP's
- Available for weekend working
- First line of contact when any out of hour call outs are received- standby call out fee already factored into Salary for the year
- Very pro-active attitude and must be a team player
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills, Word, Excel, Emails
- Ability to engage with Landlord Technical team on clients behalf and feedback as required
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum (salary includes the on call fee for the year), dependant on experience
