Facilities Management Contract Performance Manager


Based at a leading healthcare facility


West Midlands

Circa £35,000 plus generous benefits package


The Client


Our Client are recognised as leaders in providing Facilities Management and Engineering Services with an enviable list of clienteles particularly within the Health and Life Sciences Sector.


Due to high levels of growth in this sector in 2018 and strategic restructuring they now seek a Facilities Management Contract Performance Manager for a prestigious Healthcare facility in the West Midlands.


The Role.


Working as part of the commercial team, you will play an important role bridging the gap between the Operational Team, Commercial Team and Client. As such you will attend all performance related meetings with the client, building a strong working relationship with them in order to discuss performance on the contract or payment from the client.


Duties include:



  • Support the Performance Manager, Commercial Manager and Senior Commercial Manager to produce service reports

  • Monitor performance of contract on a day to day basis.

  • Work with the site management team to develop specific objectives in line with the contract plan

  • To monitor all aspects of performance management.

  • Responsible for delivery and development of the compliance process in relation to KPI contractual requirements

  • Implement appropriate internal auditing methods to ensure service delivery is compliant

  • Represent at meetings with the client.

  • Offer commercial support on risk from outstanding liabilities alongside the operational team

  • Offer support to the operational team in monthly team meetings giving a brief overview on contract performance to the wider teams
