Environmental & Facilities Manager
Salary: PO 4/5 £38,925 rising to £43,908
Location: Bridgend
An Opportunity has arisen for an Environmental & Facilities Manager, PO4/5 at our Headquarters ESTATES DEPARTMENT.
The successful candidate will centrally manage all aspects of local delivery of all Facilities Services and ensure compliance of all legislative, statutory requirements in the areas of Environmental and Energy Conservation and lead on collaborative opportunities, both within the Force and with other Forces and external agencies.
The ideal candidate must be qualified to degree level and have a minimum of 5 years Property and Facility Management experience at senior management level.
The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo vetting to SC/MV Level.
