Senior Manager – Catering & Cleaning and Facilities Management (Salary £72,440)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to lead the Catering, Cleaning and Facilities Management function. Educated to degree level, you will drive delivery of a large frontline mixed functional service, and will have;
- The confidence and credibility to contribute as a leader, working in a senior role in a political and partnership environment.
- Managed a senior team, developing and driving delivery of strategies to influence and shape strategic thinking.
- Worked at senior level to influence, challenge, assure and advise to ensure legislative compliance and discharge of statutory functions.
- Experience and enthusiasm to identify and respond positively and pragmatically to emerging issues.
- The skills and commercial awareness to manage significant staffing and budgetary responsibilities, and ensure continuity of business critical activity.
You will innovate and lead change, making best use of resources and technologies to ensure our processes and systems remain well-managed and position us to meet the changes and opportunities ahead.
