Electrical Supervisor / Lead Engineer

Our client is recognised as one of the leading facilities, energy and project management providers in the UK. The company operates from a strategic network of regional offices throughout the UK and globally where they have over 400 offices and employ over 70,000 people.
They are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor/Lead Engineer to be based in Belfast
You will be working mobile around the Belfast area on various contracts
You will be tasked with ensuring that all planned and reactive maintenance is completed on site and on schedule. This will involve detailed day plans and key targets for the engineers to work towards. This will be done through tool box talks, day to day man management and regular appraisals. You will be the first point of contact for any technical issues, offering advice and generally supporting the engineers on site. They currently have a team of engineers that are multi-skilled. The engineers currently carry out a range of building services maintenance from electrical fault-finding and repair to mechanical maintenance tasks.
You will of ideally worked in a Supervisory role in the past, and will have a broad understanding of electrical and building services maintenance.

Qualifications/Experience:
- You will come from an electrical engineering background and will have experience carrying out electrical maintenance on commercial contracts.
- You will ideally be a Senior or Lead Engineer or will already be a Supervisor.
- You will ideally hold City & Guilds Electrical qualification
