Your new company
A global leading FM service provider with a strong presence within both public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland. Our client runs a particularly large FM business in which they are looking for a commercial professional to join their business to manage a commercial team on a particularly high profile FM contract.
Your new role
As the Head of Commercial you will oversee a commercial team working on a recently won, high profile FM contract. You must work closely with colleagues, managers, stakeholders and the client to ensure client relations continue to grow as well as effectively delivery of the contract, you must support and motivate your team to achieve consistent results. You can expect a challenging and exciting role and the chance to prove yourself in a globally leading FM service provider.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have very strong commercial acumen with experience managing commercial teams across high profile FM contracts. You will be a confident, enthusiastic individual who thrives working in a team as part of a client facing role; you must feel comfortable working with colleagues, managers and stakeholders to achieve a high level of results and work well in high pressure situations.
